Paloma has been with Solidity since 2019, working across various departments including contracts administration, estimating, engineering, and manufacturing operations. Now she focuses on updating business systems, methodologies and procedures to support compliance and continuous improvement. She has a knack for organising and building effective systems and is always looking to learn, streamline and innovate.

Her background includes Architecture, Urban Design, Civil Engineering Technology and Bookkeeping, along with experience in design, customer-facing roles and management.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, spending time with her dogs, and finding new rooms in her house to reorganise and redecorate.
