As a Site Engineer, Pavan supports the delivery of Solidity’s projects by working closely with the installation crews, supervisors, engineers and project management teams to coordinate site activities, manage QA/QC documentation, and ensure the works are completed safely and in accordance with each project’s requirements.

With a background in civil engineering and construction management, Pavan brings a practical, detail-focused approach to site delivery and enjoys being involved in projects from planning through to installation and completion across the residential, commercial, civil infrastructure and renewable energy industries.
