Screw Pile Installation Services
Solidity provides specialist screw piling installation services across Australia, delivering reliable, precise, and highly efficient foundation solutions. We ensure your project’s success through the use of technologically advanced, company-owned machinery and experienced, in-house installation teams.
As your helical piling partner, we manage the entire installation process, guaranteeing full compliance with Australian standards and minimal site disturbance.

Why Choose Solidity for Screw Pile Installation?
All installation work is performed internally by employees who receive comprehensive training from Solidity's senior staff. Our installers are screw piling specialists who are trained to complete your piling in a safe and time-effective manner.
Solidity utilises advanced installation equipment, which is owned, maintained, and operated by our team, allowing us to efficiently carry out pile installations and meet tight client schedules.
With the adoption of technologically forward installation equipment, Solidity is able to conduct pile installs in quantities of up to 120 piles per day (per machine). This superior efficiency ensures we can handle projects of all scales, from small commercial works to large civil or solar farm installations, while providing short lead times.
An estimate for time required on site can be provided for a specific project upon request.
We ensure full technical compliance for every pile installed.
- Digital Logging: Installation records are digitally logged in full compliance with AS2159.
- Engineering Review: These records are provided directly to the project engineer for necessary review.
- Minimal Disturbance: Pile installation is conducted with minimal disturbance to the ground on site.
Solidity is a leading manufacturer of helical and screw piles, with all products manufactured entirely in-house at our Thomastown, Victoria, facility. Our process, overseen by our Manufacturing Manager, adheres to strict quality management and assurance procedures. We use robotic welding and CNC plasma profiling for precision and consistency. All welding procedures are compliant with AS/NZS 1554.1, with inspection and verification at each stage. We exclusively use Australian-supplied C350 grade steel. Our galvanised piles are inspected in accordance with AS/NZS 4680, and test certificates and detailed project MDRs are available upon request. This process ensures we can offer short lead times even for custom projects.
We exclusively use Australian-supplied C350 grade steel for all piles. Each completed pile is inspected for compliance with welding standards. Full material traceability records are available, and test certificates for pile shafts and plates, as well as detailed Material Data Reports (MDRs), can be provided on request.
Our streamlined manufacturing process can produce up to 6,000 screw piles per month (based on 2 m x 76 mm piles), ensuring short lead times for standard and custom projects. To ensure timely production, we maintain up to 200 tonnes of pipe material and sufficient plate material for over 1,200 standard-sized helix plates at any time.
All designs and manufacturing meet AS2159-2009 requirements, ensuring quality and safety. We use 100% Australian-made steel, which not only supports local content but also helps meet sustainability targets. Furthermore, our installation methodology is designed to reduce spoil and minimise environmental impact.
